Sonia Singh is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist specializing in trauma recovery for hardworking professionals. She understands that many individuals become trapped in cycles of rumination over past experiences, hindering their ability to move forward. Sonia is passionate about assisting those who are grappling with past trauma in order to alleviate symptoms and enhance personal relationships. Recognizing that trauma can manifest in various forms—such as relocating to a new country, experiencing a break-up, navigating an abusive work environment, or facing crime-related trauma—she empathetically addresses the fears and trust issues that can arise from these experiences. Drawing from her time serving in the Peace Corps in Rwanda, where she witnessed firsthand the pervasive impact of trauma, Sonia has also worked at Safe Horizon, America's largest trauma-focused counseling center. She provides a tranquil and safe therapeutic environment for clients to process both their painful and joyful experiences, accepting all feelings without judgment.
