Heather Hahn is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the counseling field, dedicated to supporting individuals through various challenges, including depression, trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. She believes in the power of creating a safe and nurturing environment for her clients, allowing them to share their stories and work through their difficulties together. Heather is committed to guiding her clients in overcoming obstacles and alleviating distress, ultimately leading to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. By implementing healthy skills, her work emphasizes the importance of self-care, positive emotions, experiences, mindfulness, and authenticity. With an extensive educational background in various treatment modalities—including Positive Psychology, Trauma Focused, and Humanistic approaches—Heather tailors her techniques to best meet her clients’ goals and encourages holistic healing through a mind/body connection. Additionally, she offers trauma-informed yoga techniques as part of the counseling experience if desired. Heather feels truly honored to accompany her clients on their healing journeys, providing individual, family, relationship, and group counseling, as well as supervision for LPC-Interns.
