Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC)

Located in Englishtown, NJ, Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors at risk of moving to nursing facilities by providing essential in-home services. Our comprehensive support is tailored to supplement the care provided by family members, friends, and neighbors, ensuring seniors receive the assistance they need in the comfort of their own homes. JACC offers a wide array of vital services, including respite care, home health aide support, environmental accessibility adaptations, personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meal services, and transportation.
