Healthy U is a dedicated initiative based in Englishtown, NJ, created through a partnership between the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance and the Horizon Foundation for New Jersey. Our mission is to combat childhood obesity by promoting wellness through comprehensive nutrition education, engaging physical activities, and encouraging family involvement.
