Paula Frueh

Paula Frueh is a compassionate and knowledgeable Clinical Social Worker and therapist, specializing in a wide range of issues including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. With a diverse clientele that spans preteens, teenagers, adults, and elders, she approaches each individual's concerns with warmth and understanding. Initially beginning her career as a child therapist, Paula expanded her expertise through five years of postgraduate study in adult psychoanalysis, allowing her to effectively support all populations today. Recently, she has focused her practice on the unique trauma stemming from the pandemic, emphasizing her adaptability and commitment to her clients' healing journeys. Paula's professional strengths lie in her acceptance and awareness of the differences among individuals, which enable her to create a welcoming environment for all. With a foundation rooted in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic approaches, she also embodies humanistic and relational therapy principles.
