Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC)

Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors in Englewood, NJ, who are at risk of being placed in nursing facilities. Our mission revolves around enhancing the well-being of older adults by offering a comprehensive suite of in-home services that work in tandem with the care provided by family, friends, and neighbors. We provide essential services such as respite care, home health aides, home modifications for accessibility, personal emergency response systems, and home-delivered meal services. Additionally, JACC offers social adult day care, adult day health services, special medical equipment, transportation assistance, and chore services, ensuring that seniors receive the tailored support they need to thrive in their community.
