Street Smart Outreach

Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to empowering youth and young adults aged 13-21 in Elizabethport, NJ, who are homeless or facing difficult living situations. Our compassionate program prioritizes meeting essential needs by providing emergency food, clothing, blankets, and access to shelter. We offer 24/7 crisis intervention counseling and ensure connections to vital resources, including health care, social services, and employment assistance. Our outreach counselors are trained in providing support around substance abuse education, HIV/AIDS awareness, and safe sex practices, with many fluent in Spanish to better serve our community.
