MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans in Elizabethport, NJ, through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management solutions that meet their specific needs. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
