Nutrition for Longevity in Elizabethport, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our clients through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. Designed for those covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act, our meals are expertly crafted by Registered Dietitians to meet the specific nutritional needs of individuals with various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared without dairy, peanuts, gluten, or pork to ensure dietary safety. For clients eligible under Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, meal delivery may be included in benefits, and we encourage consulting with a Case Manager for guidance. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries should check if their plan offers meal services. Additionally, for those not covered by these programs, we provide a self-pay option at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, allowing clients to choose every meal and delivery. Beyond meal provision, we also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling—services that support long-term health and dietary needs.
