Located in Elizabethport, NJ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals facing dysphagia. Our mission is to ensure that those in need have access to vital resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods tailored for safe consumption, specialized therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
