Ashley Veronica Dwyer, a dedicated Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling (MA), LAC, and NCC, understands that everyone experiences moments of feeling stuck. She believes that one of the bravest steps individuals can take is to seek help. Through her compassionate guidance, clients learn about themselves as they navigate various aspects of their lives. Ashley emphasizes that the most important relationship is the one one has with oneself, and she aims to help clients recognize their best selves. Her clients, ranging in age from 7 to 70 and coming from diverse backgrounds, often address issues related to anxiety, depression, body image, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, life transitions, and anger. By fostering a safe, non-judgmental space, Ashley builds strong therapeutic relationships that allow for personalized approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. She collaborates with clients to help them identify their strengths and equips them with valuable tools to carry beyond their sessions. Although seeking help can be challenging, Ashley is wholeheartedly devoted to supporting each individual's journey towards a fulfilling life that they look forward to each day.
