Meir Flancbaum

Dr. Meir Flancbaum is a distinguished clinical psychologist and the founder of the Center for Cognitive Behavior Therapy in East Brunswick, NJ. He specializes in providing therapy, school-based consultations, and professional development workshops tailored to the evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents experiencing various social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Dr. Flancbaum employs research-supported techniques to meet the individualized needs of his clients. He works collaboratively with parents, school personnel, and medical providers, and conducts school-based observations when necessary. With a passion for aiding young individuals, he is committed to offering clear feedback, structured plans, and practical strategies. His specialties include cognitive-behavioral treatment for youth with Tourette syndrome, anxiety disorders, OCD, trichotillomania, ADHD, behavioral disruptions, school avoidance, and autism spectrum disorders.
