Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13-21 in East Brunswick, NJ, who are facing homelessness, unsafe living conditions, or acute challenges at home. Our compassionate team works tirelessly to identify these vulnerable individuals, ensuring their basic needs are met through essential services such as food assistance, clothing, and blankets. We provide access to emergency shelter, crisis intervention counseling, transportation to vital services, and referrals to healthcare and social service agencies. Additionally, we offer crucial information on HIV/AIDS and safe sex practices, substance abuse education, and guidance for obtaining important documents. With outreach counselors available 24/7, including Spanish-speaking staff, we stand ready to provide immediate support and connect young people to job and housing opportunities.
