Lauren Rosner is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), bringing over a decade of experience in psychotherapy to her practice. Her work is rooted in a profound belief in the human capacity for resilience, which she strives to boost in her clients. Lauren approaches each individual with curiosity, keenly recognizing their unique qualities and strengths. Specializing in a variety of therapeutic modalities including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Lauren effectively supports teens, adults, and Elders (65+) through life's challenges such as depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Her extensive experience encompasses working with individuals, couples, and families, with particular expertise in fostering effective communication in relationship conflicts. Lauren is passionate about helping her clients navigate issues of anger management, grief, trauma, and self-esteem, ensuring they gain a deeper understanding and acceptance of themselves and others. Having graduated from Hunter College School of Social Work in New York in 2008, Lauren values the therapeutic journey and is deeply invested in the well-being of her clients as they work towards their goals.
