Home Delivered Meals

In Camden, NJ, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program, which offers nutritious, medically tailored meals to clients enrolled in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals, expertly crafted by Registered Dietitians, cater to a variety of dietary needs—free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork—ensuring that individuals with specific medical conditions, such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, receive the essential nutrition they require. Eligible recipients, including those participating in Medicaid and the Older Americans Act programs, can find out if meal delivery is part of their benefits through their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, we collaborate with select PPO plans that offer meal assistance. Additionally, for those not covered by health plans, we provide a self-pay program priced affordably at $7.75 per meal, allowing clients to enjoy the convenience of personalized meal delivery. Beyond meals, N4L also offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our community's health needs.
