Health and Wellness Center

Located in Camden, NJ, the LEAP Health and Wellness Center is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of children and families within the LEAP Academy and the surrounding community. Our multidisciplinary approach brings together a team of professionals, including nurse practitioners, nutritionists, physicians, therapists, and counselors, to provide a comprehensive range of services aimed at fostering healthier families. We offer essential services such as annual physical exams, sports physicals, childhood vaccinations, and sick visits for LEAP students, ensuring convenient access during school hours with parent consent. Our specialties include treating asthma, allergies, ADHD, and more, alongside providing vital services like suturing cuts, pregnancy testing, and referrals to specialist care. To accommodate the needs of our community, we maintain both daytime and evening hours, ensuring that quality health services are accessible for everyone.
