Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors in Caldwell, NJ, who may be at risk of nursing home placement. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for older adults by offering vital in-home services that complement the care provided by their families and friends.
