Located in Caldwell, NJ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and adaptive resources for individuals with dysphagia. We understand the urgent need for tailored nutrition solutions, which is why we offer a variety of critically important items, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that low-income individuals have the supports they require to manage their dietary needs effectively, fostering both health and dignity within our community.
