Located in Bridgewater, NJ, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to offering essential food assistance and resources for individuals with dysphagia and low income. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those in need by providing access to vital items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
