Located in Bridgeton, NJ, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide medically tailored meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet the specific nutritional needs of individuals covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, or the Older Americans Act. Our meal service caters to various medical conditions, from Chronic Kidney Disease to Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring that every dish is prepared to be free from common allergens such as dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those not covered by health plans, we offer an affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal, allowing families the flexibility to choose meals that suit their preferences. With a commitment to nutrition and community support, we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further empower our clients towards healthier living. For eligibility and further assistance, individuals can connect with their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging.
