Tracy Pawklukanis

Tracy Pawklukanis is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist, holding an associate's degree of applied science from Union County College, a bachelor's degree in psychology from Capella University, and a master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Her focus has always been on helping adolescents and children, providing therapy for clients as young as 5 up to those aged 25. Tracy specializes in areas such as relationship issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, low self-esteem, bullying, school-related issues, stress management, trauma, grief and loss, as well as behavioral and legal problems. Utilizing client-centered modalities, including play therapy, sand therapy, and art therapy, she believes that therapy should cater to the unique needs of each client. Tracy creates a safe and comfortable atmosphere where clients can openly discuss issues they might find challenging to address with their parents, fostering effective communication. Tracy is passionate about guiding families through their therapeutic journeys, helping them discover relief, define their happiness, and set meaningful goals to achieve it.
