A seasoned clinician, Jo possesses a skill set grounded in family systems principles, trauma-informed treatment, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her extensive experience encompasses working with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges like anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, substance abuse recovery, and relationship issues. With over 25 years in practice, Jo brings compassion, support, and a keen sensitivity to her therapeutic work. She holds certifications in both Family Systems and Substance Abuse and also has extensive administrative experience, coaching individuals with work-related challenges.
