Street Smart Outreach

Street Smart Outreach is a dedicated street outreach program located in Belleville, NJ, focused on serving youth and young adults aged 13 to 21 who are navigating the challenges of homelessness, unsafe living conditions, or acute family issues. Our committed team works tirelessly to identify and support vulnerable youth by addressing their immediate needs through food assistance, clothing, and blankets, while also providing access to safe shelter. We offer crisis intervention counseling and transportation to essential services, along with referrals to healthcare and social service agencies. We prioritize education on HIV/AIDS and safe sex practices, supply vital crisis information, help with obtaining essential documents, and provide substance abuse resources. Additionally, our outreach counselors are available 24/7, including Spanish-speaking professionals, ready to assist anyone in need.
