Located in Belleville, NJ, St. Clare's Social Services is dedicated to uplifting individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS by providing vital core and supportive services. Our mission is to foster resilient communities where people living with HIV/AIDS can thrive. We offer comprehensive case management, substance abuse prevention and counseling, emergency financial assistance, referrals to mental health services, and medical transportation. Additionally, our organization hosts special family events, peer support groups, supportive housing, and operates a food pantry to ensure that all families have access to essential resources.
