Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC)

Located in Bayonne, NJ, the Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors at risk of nursing home placement by offering comprehensive in-home services. Our mission is to support the vital caregiving efforts of families, friends, and neighbors while ensuring that seniors receive the care they need in the comfort of their own homes. We provide a range of essential services including respite care, home health aides, environmental accessibility adaptations, and personal emergency response systems. Additionally, JACC offers home-delivered meal services, social adult day care, adult day health services, special medical equipment, transportation, and chore services. By addressing both practical needs and emotional well-being, we strive to empower seniors to live independently and with dignity within our community.
