NAMI Hearts & Minds is dedicated to supporting individuals in Asbury Park, NJ, who are living with mental illness by promoting holistic wellness strategies. Our program offers engaging, hour-long presentations that emphasize medical self-advocacy, smoking cessation, addiction recovery, healthy eating, exercise, and diabetes management. We believe in empowering our participants through practical knowledge and tools, including personalized goal-setting and the use of exercise and food journals.
