Healthy U is dedicated to fighting childhood obesity in Asbury Park, NJ, through a robust partnership between the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance and the Horizon Foundation for New Jersey. Our mission focuses on empowering families with essential nutrition education, promoting active lifestyles through physical education, and encouraging meaningful family involvement in healthy practices.
