Kimberly specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy while also employing person-centered and solution-focused approaches. Her expertise includes addressing various concerns such as stress, women's issues, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Outside of her professional life, Kimberly is a dedicated family woman, married and a proud mother to an active four-year-old son and a playful six-month-old puppy.
