Located in Waxhaw, NC, the Free Medical Clinic is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to low-income, uninsured residents in our community. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including primary care, chronic disease management, flu shots, laboratory work, gynecology, cardiology, pulmonary care, orthopedic treatments, chiropractic and acupuncture services, physical therapy, behavioral health support, pharmacy services, nutrition counseling, and smoking cessation programs. Our compassionate staff and dedicated non-medical volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that patients receive the support they need, from administrative assistance to patient screenings. To access our services, patients must complete a new patient screening and make appointments for all visits.
