Participants can take advantage of various options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging service that allows for clinician support whenever necessary. For those who prefer a DIY approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is a valuable tool for self-guided weight management. Additionally, we offer weight loss medication and bariatric surgery for Veterans who've engaged with MOVE! but still face challenges related to weight.
