Located in Spring Lake, NC, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with dysphagia by offering essential food assistance tailored to their unique needs. We provide a variety of specialized items including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to support low-income individuals and their families.
