At the Tar River Region Food Pantry, we are dedicated to providing essential food assistance and promoting nutritional awareness throughout Roanoke Rapids, NC. Our food pantry serves individuals and families in need, allowing them to access healthy food options once every 30 days while also connecting them to other community food resources. We understand that food insecurity can be coupled with various other challenges, which is why we screen families for additional support needs and refer them to Catholic Charities or community partners as necessary. In response to COVID-19, we have shifted our operations to a curbside pickup model to ensure the safety of our clients while continuing to serve their nutritional needs. Together, we are committed to making a positive impact in our community through compassionate outreach and effective food assistance solutions.
