Terrence W. Graham is a seasoned therapist with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of psychology. A proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1993 and a Master of Science in Agency Counseling in 1998. Currently, Terrence holds several esteemed credentials including Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Distance Credentialed Counselor, Clinical Supervisor-Intern for the North Carolina Substance Abuse Board, and Certified Bariatric Treatment Specialist. With over 15 years of dedicated counseling expertise, Terrence has a diverse professional background, owning Graham Moore & Clark, LLC, while also serving as a Child Therapist for the School-Based Mental Health Team. His experience involves conducting outpatient and group therapy for various mental health agencies, addressing the emotional and behavioral challenges faced by children and teenagers, as well as working in level 3 residential programs for adolescents. Terrence's therapeutic goal is to help clients confront and process current and past issues, gradually reducing their influence on present behavior. He primarily utilizes Client-Centered approaches, and incorporates Reality Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to cater to the individualized needs of his clients.
