Ryan Graumann is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC, CCTP, NCC) who is dedicated to collaborating with clients to foster meaningful insights and resource building while exploring their authentic selves. Ryan emphasizes understanding his clients through the lens of intersectionality and social justice, providing a supportive space for all genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and identities, including those related to kinks and STI/STD statuses. His areas of expertise include trauma and attachment, LGBTQIA+ issues, and eating and body concerns. Ryan utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ensuring a trauma-informed practice guided by Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating principles.
