Molly Schweers, a Licensed Professional Counselor, is deeply committed to her clients. She believes that everyone matters, is enough, and deserves to take up space. Molly has extensive experience working with trauma, particularly sexual and religious trauma, and she resonates well with those who identify as Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP) or empaths. She is clinically trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused (SAFE) EMDR and Constructed Awareness therapies. Additionally, she incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into her practice. Recognizing the courage it takes to seek support, Molly fosters a safe space for her clients, reinforcing that they are absolutely deserving of care and support.
