Choices In Wellness LLC is dedicated to supporting individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or grief. Recognizing the challenges of life transitions, breakups, or family conflicts, Choices understands that many people may feel stuck or in need of guidance. They believe that seeking support is a sign of strength, and that the journey to feeling better does not have to be navigated alone. Together with clients, Choices employs a client-focused, strengths-based approach, assessing their needs and building on existing tools while introducing new strategies. Currently a pre-licensed professional and second-year graduate student in Winthrop University's MSW program, Choices has gained valuable experience in inpatient settings, working with diverse individuals and groups. They cultivate skills in coping strategies, breathing techniques, and introspective thought, affirming the importance of validating emotions.
