Ashley Esry is a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, holding an MSW and various credentials including LCSWA and LCAS. With over five years of experience, she specializes in working with teens and adults facing challenges such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and attachment issues. Ashley graduated with a Bachelor’s in Counseling and a minor in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University, followed by her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her extensive training encompasses multiple therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Additionally, she employs expressive arts therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices in her sessions.
