Located in Mount Airy, NC, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals living with dysphagia by providing essential resources for better nutrition and care. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those affected by swallowing difficulties through the provision of specialized items, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
