Open Hands of Davidson County is dedicated to serving the Lexington, NC community through our weekly Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry, offering vital food assistance to families facing food insecurity. We provide a range of essential services including family food boxes and bags, emergency food, hot meals, and diapers, ensuring families have access to the nourishment and support they need. Eligible families can receive food bags twice a month, while diapers and food boxes are available monthly, reflecting our commitment to meeting urgent needs with compassion and care.
