LiveSTRONG at the YMCA in Indian Trail, NC, is dedicated to empowering cancer survivors on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. This complimentary program invites participants to engage in twice-weekly exercise sessions that incorporate cardiovascular, strength, and stretching activities, alongside insightful group discussions and goal-setting exercises. Led by certified trainers, the program also includes access to all YMCA facilities and classes for the duration of the 12-week session, nutrition classes with a registered dietitian, and invaluable resources like the LiveSTRONG wristband, guidebook, planner, and journal.
