At Annie Penn Hospital in High Point, NC, we are dedicated to empowering community members with the knowledge and skills needed to manage diabetes effectively. Our free Group Diabetes Classes are specifically designed for individuals at risk for diabetes, those newly diagnosed, or anyone seeking to enhance their understanding of this condition. Each class provides essential diabetes management strategies and effective meal planning tips, ensuring that our participants are equipped with practical survival skills. Classes are held twice a month, on the first Monday from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. and the third Monday from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. While we cover the same material in each session, you only need to attend one to gain the benefits. Registration is required, and no referral is necessary, making it easy to get started on your journey to better health.
