With a Master’s Degree in Substance Abuse Clinical Counseling and Rehabilitation Counseling, she is also a Registered Yoga Teacher with 23 years of experience. Alyssa specializes in helping teens, adults, and elders (65+) navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, eating disorders, self-esteem issues, depression, and trauma. Her approach is deeply informed by a range of therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), trauma-focused therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
