Tunde Adeyinka Adenola is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Earning a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2009 and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina A & T State University in 2013, Tunde has developed a robust foundation in mental health care. Committed to supporting clients from all walks of life, Tunde embraces diversity across age, culture, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, spirituality, and socioeconomic status. Utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, the Gottman Method, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Tunde effectively addresses a multitude of issues ranging from anxiety and anger management to adoption and life transitions. With a special interest in couples and family dynamics, Tunde employs the Gottman method to facilitate deeper connections and understanding in relationships, while also providing compassionate support for premarital counseling, depression, sexual abuse recovery, and divorce adjustment. Serving adults aged 18 and above, Tunde strives to create a safe, nurturing environment where clients can explore their challenges and work towards meaningful change.
