With a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, she holds multiple credentials, including Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Certified Distance Credentialed Counselor, Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and WPATH GEI Certified Gender Specialist.
