Kara Anglin, MSW, LCSW, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist specializing in supporting teens and young adults as they navigate the complexities of today’s world. With nearly 15 years of experience working within the public school system, she has assisted high school students experiencing various challenges, including school anxiety, school avoidance, trauma, PTSD, crisis situations, and suicidal ideation. Her therapeutic approach is compassionate and culturally sensitive, combining techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered methods.
