MOVE! Weight Management Program in Garner, NC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management solutions that align with their personal preferences and needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options for Veterans who have not achieved their goals through other methods.
