Located in Fuquay Varina, NC, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income individuals living with dysphagia. We provide essential food assistance including food thickeners and pre-modified meals, alongside therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment designed to meet the unique needs of our clients.
