Her extensive experience spans working with adolescents and adults in diverse settings, including inpatient, residential, and outpatient care, strengthening her trauma-informed perspective. Alexandria is well-versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR, among others.
