Charity Matlock is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who believes in the inherent value of every individual's journey. Charity is committed to helping individuals discover their true selves, clarify what they want from life, and learn how to achieve those aspirations while maintaining a sense of balance throughout the process. With a focus on clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma, Charity employs a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based cognitive therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Couples/Marital Counseling. She holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Teacher’s College, Columbia University, which she earned in 2018. As a mental health clinician, her goal is to establish a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where collaboration with clients can flourish, enabling them to embrace a more satisfying and self-directed life.
