Lynn Groen, LCMHC, MA, is an experienced counselor with a deep commitment to helping individuals of all ages—including teens, adults, and elders—find hope and healing in their lives. With a passion for motivating others, Lynn specializes in providing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Her mission is to create an open and accepting environment where clients can explore challenging life issues such as marital and premarital conflicts, trauma, and relationship struggles. Lynn is dedicated to offering clinically based, professional counseling services, employing a variety of effective therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method. As the Executive Director of Bridge of Hope Counseling Center and a graduate of Liberty University, Lynn combines her extensive training with a heartfelt desire to assist those on their journey toward restoration and self-discovery. Whether it’s addressing anxiety, depression, grief, or enhancing self-esteem, Lynn is prepared to guide clients as they bridge their past with the present and cultivate hope for the future.
